How can I write a letter to a bank manager for a withdrawal?

Letters as per subject matter

  1. Urgent need of cash from my savings account xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
  2. Unable to withdraw cash due to not having cheque book                                 How to apply for free KCC loan?
  3. Unable to withdraw money due to KYC updation pending.
  4. Unable to withdraw money as ac is dormant.
  5. Urgent need of money but account is frozen.

Email and retrieve your UNIQUE ID for dhe

In my previous blog you guys left a lot many comments regrading issues that you haven't  recieved or forgot your ID. My blog shows a unique way of getting it back. It was not working for a few days which was a matter of concern. One of the student posted in comments his/her details which I forwarded in a mail to DHE and after two days I got a reply. Woo hoo.
